It comes between the first one and the second season. However I am not that sure where it comes from the first season. After all, they do many mini series between the first and second season. But I am sure that it comes btween the First season and the Second.
And yes this is the one were Ash turns into a stone, however that is a major spoiler and I suggest that you want the movie. I am also a bit surprised that they did not mention this in Wikipedia. (I’m also implying that you did research before posting your question) Try Wikipedia though.
